Oleum Crete is single-estate extra virgin olive oil from the Messara Plain of southern Crete — Koroneiki olives, hand-harvested and cold-pressed below 27°C, PDO-certified, four generations of the Kidonakis family. In the UAE it was selling from a stock Shopify template that read like a supermarket shelf, while the oil itself belonged in the luxury bracket.

So we rebuilt everything. A custom headless storefront — Shopify Hydrogen on the Oxygen edge — with cinematic scrolling, guided selling and an editorial buy-moment with Apple Pay on the product page. A two-day Dubai photoshoot across four themes. The estate film re-mastered from 4K. Complete technical SEO and rich-results schema. Then a zero-downtime domain cutover, the range repositioned from AED 120 territory to an AED 210 flagship, and a growth phase that carries the brand beyond launch.
