Noor is an AI voice agent built for SPC Free Zone in Sharjah, a working prototype now with the free zone for review. Founders talk to her by voice or text in English, Arabic (in the Emirati dialect), Chinese, Russian, Hindi, French, Spanish, Greek or Urdu. She advises on the whole setup journey: the licence, the activities from the free zone’s own list, the cost from its published prices, the trade name and the visas. She collects and checks the documents, confirms the pre-approval payment, and hands the application to the free zone’s CRM for its team to approve. She also makes the case for SPC Free Zone and for Sharjah.
